Do I need to register?

Yes. All attendees must register using the button at the top & bottom of this registration page. Please register by Friday, September 4, 2026.

 

Are you accepting abstracts? 

Yes. We are now accepting abstract submissions. Visit the Abstract Submission site for guidelines. The deadline to submit is Monday, April 27, 2026.

 

Is there a registration fee to attend to conference? 

The regular rate is $495, early bird is $425 by July 15, 2026, Day passes can be purchased for $350 for each day.

 

What forms of payment are accepted?

Payment is required at the end of registration.  We accept payment in the form of credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and checks. Please note there is a 4% processing fee on all credit card transactions.

 

Where can I send a check?

Checks should be made payable to NNPHI (Tax ID 72-1505359 & DUNS 135829112) and reference the 2026 National Prevention Network (NPN) Conference in the memo line as well as send a copy of your registration to:

Checks should be received no later than September 1, 2026.

 

What is the cancellation policy?

A refund of the registration fee minus a $50.00 processing fee will be issued for all registrations canceled before 5:00 PM ET Friday, September 4, 2026.

No refunds will be issued for registrations canceled after 5:00 PM ET Friday, September 4, 2026, however, you may transfer your registration to another colleague.

Your cancellation must be received by such deadline and sent in writing to NPNConference@NNPHI.org. Notices of cancellation sent to any other recipient will not be valid or deemed accepted by NNPHI.

 

I can no longer attend; how do I cancel?

There are 2 ways to cancel your registration.

  1. Transfer your registration: If you have someone attending in your place, you will need to transfer your registration. Login to your registration, select the Transfer Registration button and follow the prompts. You will need the new attendees’ contact information, including email address and mobile number.
  2. Cancel your registration: If no one will be attending in your place, you will need to cancel your registration. Login to your registration, select the Cancel Registration button, and follow the prompts. Cancellation fees will apply.
Will you offer continuing education credits?

Yes. Details will be provided in the coming months.
